Refund policy

 

Any physical, consumable goods purchased through Fact vs Fitness have a strict no-refund policy as due to the nature of the products sold, consumables cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Once orders are placed, all sales are final in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and cannot be cancelled. Any downloadable materials such as cookbook eBooks cannot be refunded once purchased.

Course purchases have a strict 30 day refund policy. The requirements for a refund are to complete a minimum 50% of the course material and to fill out a refund survey, both within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If an order is lost in transit, a claim must be submitted no later than 90 days following the original shipping date. In order for the claim to be valid and the shipment to be considered undelivered, there must be no tracking updates from the postal company for 30 consecutive days.

For any purchases made outside of the USA, the customer agrees to the potential for customs and duty fees and delays. It is not the responsibility of Anita Tee or Fact vs Fitness to cover the cost of any of these fees. The customer agrees they are fully informed of their countries regulations and potential fees with any orders that are expected to be delivered outside of the USA. Customs delays or customer refusal to pay duty fees do not constitute grounds for a refund.
